CHOC ASSENT FORM

I am honored to have worked with CHOC (Children’s Hospital of Orange County) to create the above comic pages and images. This is a small sampling of the artwork I created with CHOC, that will be used to help young children to better understand the procedures and situations that they will experience if they choose to consent to treatment. The open caption boxes that you see in areas of the comic pages, and the blue boxes in the “things you may be asked to do” grid pages will be used by doctors to clearly write out instructions and descriptions specific to each patient’s needs.
